Industrial Park at the Airport

The City of Casa Grande has recently completed the development surplus airport property into shovel ready finished Industrial lots. The area is zoned I-1 (Garden and Light Industrial) to provide for the accommodation of light manufacturing uses and warehousing in a comprehensively-planned and attractive setting conveniently, located immediately south of the Casa Grande Municipal Airport. With convenient access to I-8 and I-10, and situated between Phoenix to the north and Tucson to the south, this location is attractive to a variety of users. The industrial park is home to over 25 companies ranging from local contractors to international manufacturing facilities. Phase III improvements opened up 25 new shovel-ready lots ranging from 2-3.25 acres, all of which can be combined to accommodate larger sites (up to 16 acres). The sites require no further on-site improvements before your firm can begin building, and are ready for business. This build-to-suit industrial park features taxiway access to the City’s general aviation airport. With this exclusive access, the Airport Industrial Park is clearly separated from all others. With the completion of the Airport Master Plan, the park is sure to be an important economic engine for the grater Casa Grande Region for many years to come.
